Chad Niegelsen – Realtor

My wife and I relocated to the La Crosse area in 2001. We truly enjoy living in the La Crosse area and raising our children here. As a family we do our best to capitalize on the fantastic opportunities that this area has to offer. We enjoy the Mississippi River and its back waters for family boating, waterskiing and fishing as well as all of the outdoor recreational trails that allow for great hiking and biking. We embrace the winter and enjoy ice skating, sledding and snowmobiling.



Being a REALTOR and working in the greater La Crosse community has been very enjoyable. Each day allows me new opportunities to meet and serve the needs of area residents whether they have been living in their house for a great number of years and are making a change or are purchasing their very first home. I am able to draw on the experience I have gained from the hundreds of past real estate transactions I have completed to achieve the most desirable results for my clients.



Being a past President of the La Crosse Area REALTORS Association and actively involved in networking groups benefits my clients greatly. The connections I have made through my 15 plus years in the business allows me to refer my clients to fantastic resources for home maintenance, additions and remodels and many other professional services to make real estate ownership even more enjoyable. I am a sincere believer that owning real estate is a great investment and my wife and I continue to work to grow our rental property portfolio. I am happy to share my experience as a hands on property owner with others that wish to join into the world of real estate investing.
